Studio Rules & Rental Agreement
Thank you for selecting our self-portrait studio! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience, please review and agree to the following guidelines before your session:
1. Rental Duration
Your session time includes setup and cleanup. Your rental period begins at your scheduled start time, not upon arrival at the studio. The studio must be returned to its original state and vacated by the end of the booking period. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early, as your session will conclude at the designated end time.
2. Payment Terms
Full prepayment is required for all sessions, including customized or special requests. Please note that payments are non-refundable unless cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance.
Additional Charges:
• Additional hours extending beyond the agreed rental period will be charged immediately following the session.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Methods:
• You can cancel through the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
Refund Details:
• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior are eligible for a full refund.
• No Refund: Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the full booking fee will apply.
5. Safety Protocol
For everyone’s safety, please follow all provided safety guidelines. Avoid unplugging equipment, as it may cause malfunctions. Penalties will apply for any violations of this rule. Please be mindful of your personal safety.
6. Behavior
We ask all clients to behave respectfully and professionally within the studio. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of your session without a refund.
7. Condition of Studio
Our studio provides a selection of backdrops for your session. Please handle these with care. Any damage to backdrops will incur a $100 fee, along with any other charges for damage to studio property.
8. Mirror
Our studio includes a special mirror. Please do not touch or damage it in any way. Any damage will incur a $4000 charge. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by the mirror.
9. Prohibited Items
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in the studio. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
10. Cleaning Fee
Please leave the studio as you found it. Excessive mess or dirtiness will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Clients are required to thoroughly clean their shoes before entry or bring a clean change of shoes.
11. Pets
Pets are welcome but must be approved in advance, and a pet policy form must be signed. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and causes no damage.
12. Occupancy Limit
The studio allows up to 5 people. Each additional guest, starting from the 6th, will incur a $20 fee.
13. Personal Items
We are not liable for personal items left in the studio. Please double-check before you leave.
14. Quality of Shots
You can expect at least 90% of your shots to be high-quality. Some images may be blurry or out of focus due to movement. For optimal results, press the shutter every 2 seconds.
15. Damage Responsibility
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property. Additional charges for damage will apply as needed. The studio is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the use of equipment.
